Dr. Joseph D. Wimbley is a United States Marine Veteran born and raised in Miami Florida. Dr. Wimbley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, a Master's in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Disaster Management and a Doctorate of Theology. Dr. Wimbley has over 20 years in public service in law enforcement and security holding various certifications at the instructor level. He served as a professor at Jacksonville Theological Seminary where he used his instructor experience to teach various degree programs related to biblical studies.
